Delivery is paid for seperately from your item order.
Only ONE delivery fee will apply to your ENTIRE order. It is not charged per item. To schedule your items for delivery,
please calculate your delivery rate based on the descriptions below. Then, click on the "Pay Now" link that
corresponds with your delivery rate.

If the final destination for delivery is between 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs. from

Once your delivery fee has been paid, you
will be contacted by us to schedule in a time and date for your item(s) to be delivered.
*DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We deliver on Sundays only. Items are scheduled
for each delivery based upon a "first come first served" basis. Once the delivery is "Full"
, all other purchases must be scheduled for the following months delivery date.
*DELIVERY POLICY
We offer delivery to the residence only. Due to liability reasons, we DO NOT bring furniture
inside the home, nor do we install or set up any items! Buyer is responsible for having proper help on
their end to help get their items inside their home. We are not a moving company. Buyers should view our delivery
the same as they would UPS , Fedex, or DHL. Your items will be delivered to the residence only.

RESTRICTIONS:
If you , the buyer, require special handling of your item because you do not or cannot
have help on your end getting the furniture inside the home, please email us BEFORE placing your order to discuss
this.
Also, if your home has any obsticles that may inhibit delivery , such as , stairs, upstairs units, winding
pathways, narrow doorways, elevators, or tight entrances or streets, you MUST make us aware of these restrictions PRIOR to
placing your order. An additional fee may apply if additional help is required to deliver your item.
